How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are not first come, first served.
Ping Booking Policy: My books are currently closed. I book quarterly (January-March, etc.) and open my booking on the first weekend a month before the next round of appointments. My booking form will stay opening for 48 hours. I announce all my booking dates and information my social media pages and through my email subscription.
What do you charge?
Ping's rates: All appointments with Ping have a 2 hour minimum. $200/hr Tuesday-Friday, Cover-up/rework, and Saturday appointments are $250/hr.

My submission with Ping was selected, what do I do next?
A representative from the studio will email you with information on an available time slot. If the time offered does not work for you we can try to find a different slot that does. You will have 72 hours from the date you confirm your time slot to pay a $100 deposit to secure the appointment. If you do not submit your deposit by the end of the 72 hours your appointment time will be offered to the next person and you will be required to fill out a new submission form when available by Ping.
How does the deposit work?
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. The deposit holds your appointment slot and gets deducted from the final cost of the tattoo. If you arrive 30 minutes or more late, your deposit will not be deducted from the cost of your tattoo, and there is a chance you will be rescheduled and required to submit another deposit to do so.
If you no-call no-show you will have to resubmit during the artist's next booking round and submit another deposit.
Deposits are only good for the design that this appointment has been booked for. If you change your mind before your appointment, you must leave a new deposit for the new design. If you do not provide me with the changes in enough time before your appointment, this could result in your appointment being rescheduled.
What if I need to reschedule?
To keep your deposit it is required that you provide a 48-hour notice to reschedule your appointment. Reschedules with ample notice are appreciated and your artist will work with you on getting you rescheduled with your deposit remaining valid. Reschedule notices with less than 48 hour notice are subject to the artist requiring a new deposit before rescheduling. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than once your original deposit will be forfeit and you will need to re-submit to that artist's booking when available and submit a new deposit before receiving a new appointment.

What if my artist needs to reschedule?
Your artist will reach out as soon as something comes up and your deposit will be honored. You will be contacted as soon as possible with a new appointment date option.

Can I see the design before my appointment?
Due to artist availability and the security of the artist's work, designs are not available before the appointment. For more information please contact your artist directly.
